Instead of our usual lecture format, the July meeting is dedicated entirely to member case presentations and discussion — built around a topic every clinician faces but rarely discusses openly: failures, complications, and how we work through them.

Short presentations, open discussion to follow. No polished slides required — partial documentation and imperfect photos are welcome. The case and the lessons learned are what matter.
